How it works:
1.Make sure your phone is LOCKED and is PROMPTING you for a network code when a non-supported sim is inserted. NO REFUND will be given if the phone is not prompting you to enter the unlock code. Blocked / barred / blacklisted phones can only be used abroad even after it is unlocked.
2.Obtain your 15-digit IMEI by dialing *#06#. Not from the box or the back of the phone the IMEI there could be different from the actual IMEI.
3. Complete the checkout and we will send you an email to your PayPal email address so please make sure you have access to it. On this email you will have full instruction on where to enter your phone imei number.
It will normally take 30 minutes - 24 business hours to handle the order. Please allow up to a maximum of 5 business days, just in case the server undergoes maintenance or when there's a delay due to the large quantity of orders are being processed. You will receive one of the following results :
a. your unlock code, along with the instructions.
b. If the code is “NOT FOUND” we will refund you straight away without delay.
