Do you charge to check what's wrong?
No, checking your device is always free. For low‑cost Tier 1 repairs we may go ahead and fix it quickly, and for anything more we'll call you with the details and price first.
How long does a repair take?
We stock many common parts, especially for iPhone repairs, so most jobs can be done within about an hour. If a part needs ordering, it usually takes around 3–4 working days.
